This is rr-t5rl-xx and is the 5-button keypad.

This is a free-standing keypad that is designed to sit on any surface. Has battery backup in case power is lost, and the buttons can be used to control any 1 or more RA 2 devices anywhere within your Lutron system. There is also a raise/lower button which will raise or lower the level of any button(s) or light(s) on the keypad. The advantage of the 5 button keypad is that it gives you more control than the table top dimmer because you can control at 5 components from 1 keypad.
